Feedback, Compliments and Complaints

I would love to have your feedback about your Sunday GP experience. I will make any changes I can to improve the service following your suggestions.

Should you have reason to complain, the following is the procedure:

  • Complaints will be acknowledged in writing within 5 working days.
  • Complaints will be fully investigated and, whenever possible, resolved to the satisfaction of the service user, or their representative.
  • The complainant will be offered a face-to-face meeting but if the complainant does not wish to attend the meeting, a written response will be given within an agreed period of time.
  • A documented trail of the complaint and decisions reached is kept confidentially an securely.
  • Should the complainant be dissatisfied with the response they should be made aware that they can contact the General Medical Council.
